so i downloaded this software this software to try to analyze and understand the windows dump file that is supposed to tell me (and the techs it was sent to) why the computer crashed... this is the first blue screen i've seen in a long time, but the first that caught me with dozens of entries, thousands of words, unsaved... the trauma continues to be processed by the brain...
the software is providing no information... no analysis... nothing... it said: "DebugDiag failed to locate the PEB (Process Environment Block) in Mini060513-01.dmp, and as a result, debug analysis for this dump may be incomplete or inaccurate."... the recommendation was: "It is recommended that you get another dump of the target process when the issue occurs to ensure accurate data is reported"... apparently there was something wrong with the dump file... than you windows... vista... microsoft... crap...
ah, yes, the tragedy, but i suppose it could be worse...
