well, jackson had work... i just encouraged her and praised her and did what i could to keep her focused... she just went to bed, poor girl is exhausted... she has an unreasonable workload especially since she is just started out and needs to develop independent time management, scheduling clients and routes, paperwork deadlines, and other skills new to her for this job and she does not appear to have a supervisor ready or willing to train her in these skills... they just dump more on her and tell her she's falling behind, but what kind of nonsense is that when it's obvious she does not have the logistical and secretarial skill sets to be an independent therapist... frustrating to watch, especially since she is a people pleaser who hates to say no... so she is overloaded... booo... but she is starting to realize what she needs to do and she is letting me help a little in developing the skills sets she needs...
meanwhile, i ate dinner, the leftover lasagna and meatloaf from last night... yum, though more because it's a rarity and a treat these days than cuz it was well prepared... souffers used to make better food, not great, but much better than the stuff i bought this week... lasagna had almost no cheese and the meat sauce barely had a meat flavor... the meat loaf, well, it seemed like a very low grade of meat... so cook it all from scratch, right?... next time don't be so lazy, right?... stop complaining about your choices, right?...
still sort of yummy though :)
