the night was wonky too a bit as the day was wonky on and off and the diet and exercise (or lake of continuity therein) can likely be assessed as the primary cause for the wonkiness (which relates to and affects {or is it effects} the kidneys and their issues and the arm and it's issues and the rest of the body and it's issues too) and the granular red stuff still flows after a week since onset without pain or apparent distress and the random naps may be helping but i think exercise would be good too as well as less food at each sitting and smaller portions throughout the day and more oatmeal and yogurt meals too... cuz you see (or read, if you want to) when i eat three meals a day, one is usually what are what health nuts would call healthy and the second is balanced and the third might be decadent, but it is a lot smaller than if i eat just one meal a day... maybe this belongs in the body blog, aye?...
