brighthouse madness

it's happening again... the very expensive brighthouse service is not working properly once again... i have written dozens of meaningless complaints just to vent the frustration the unsatisfactory brighthouse service has brought to me over the years and if there was a sure alternative i would drop brighthouse in a moment... unfortunately, there is no sure replacement... dish/satellite is extremely weather-dependent (and this area has a whole lot of electrical weather) and other services are slower internet, have start-up fees, and worst of all require 2 year commitments... but i am as close to willing to try anything else as i've ever been...

so now, as before, the internet will not work consistently throughout the 1200 square foot space... we had the same problem when we moved into the previous space and it took several home service calls, a dozen hours, at least, changing the router, the wall connection box, and the external connection box as well as boosting the signal to get it to work adequately... i want to cut to the solution this time and not go through a dozen trials and errors... i do not want to give my time to brighthouse without compensation any more...

i wrote them an email... i really don't want to waste my time on the phone with them any more...
