the apartment pricing gambling, that is... and the apartment that was available on 1/21 appears to be gone... it was replaced by an apartment available 1/8 and i don't think it's the same apartment, but i was not keeping track on the computer and have to check the notes we got when we were there and i am not sure where jackson put those so i will check with her tomorrow... she wants us to take one of the apartments, but she is not the one paying for both apartment rents (and i have to pay this month here before they open in the morning... i am hoping the rain stops cuz it's not warm outside)...
anyway, since the checks from the estate were delayed, it would not be wise to pay for two months rent and the only apartments they have available would require an extra month for january from the day we take it so i am holding off hoping all the january apartments are not gone maybe in ten days?... that'll mean an extra $500 or so... so like it or not we are going to wait a bit longer...
like rolling dice, it's a gamble... kind fun, but could be expensive... but then, we are still on the positive side of the probabilities, just not as comfy due to the loss of the 1/21 apartment and i am not sure how many apartments are available now as the website does not show them all)... call tomorrow...
