yeah, headache

the staring dog finally went out and he sure did have a whole lot of pee and poop (i wonder if jackson and i are double feeding him cuz we hardly see each other and he is always begging for food as if he has not eaten for a week even when he just finished eating... and he is leaving food over in his bowl lately which is something he has not done in a couple of years)... anyway, dog dominates life at home...

but the headache is not about him (though solitary meditation would probably help)... it is the sugar and spices hangover combined with caffeine withdrawal that was expected today... drinking strong coffee daily at work makes for a headache on fridays (cuz this body is so sensitive to drugs and changes in chemical balances of any kind) and the nathan's franks {hot dogs for many of you} and bruster's ice cream provide even sudden more chemical shifts which result in a headache... gave in after a few hours and took two aspirins a few moments ago... hopefully they will kick in soon... and hopefully i will not hurt myself at softball later with the aspirins masking pain...

another dull self-absorbed entry, huh?... been that way for a little bit... which is why you have not seen links like past entries have provided, or distraction, aye? lol... maybe the brain is drowning a bit? (oh, but there are so many entries in the past month or few, who will ever really know it all? (know-it-all?... you called?) lol... to meditate now...
