after digesting the game and talking it over with jackson, i give up and will accept this sunday afternoon team, a team that has the potential to win, will play as they play and i will not take any leadership role for now... if they want to do better, others will step up and they can ask and listen and learn...
jackson had leftover chinese for dinner and i foraged for food and decided on spaghetti and we enjoyed the last inning of the world series (that jackson did not originally see) and then a big comeback by the magic (local pro basketball) and then a bit of the sunday night football game before she went to bed...
so even with a variety of challenges, from lighter fun and games to annoying politics to job hunting and tightening the budget to emo sighs of loneliness, it was a good weekend... i hope yours was good too :)
