lox 'n lobsta

no freshly cooked onion or multi-grain bagels around... no freshly smoked salmon or lobster, for that matter... and store brand american neufchatel (Wiki says it is sometimes called farmers cheese, but i remember farmers cheese as something closer to original (french) neufchâtel, crumblier and grainier than cream cheese or american neufchâtel, which is sold as light cream cheese cuz it naturally has 33% less fat, but i may have digressed)...

so actually i am eating a processed smoked salmon cheese spread and a lobster cheese spread and american neufchâtel on multigrain bread... it is a very yummy substitute for the fresh lox 'n lobsta and cream cheese on an onion bagel i used to in in new yoik... yeah, they don't make food like this in new york, you gotta go to new yoik, ya falla?...

it is a drowning of miseries moment, but we'll whine another time, the food is too good for such wastage of time... and besides, it's just a game, right?...

grump :}
