we may be looking for a dietary manager at work next week but what the title refers to is my own dietary management that has become strict for weight loss in the past week (i believe i started sunday night) and i have have no more than one yogurt after dinner this week and while i have not been eating three meals, i have been eating light as i crash the weight loss in the first week of determination cuz that is my way... a can of tuna with a small spoon of light mayo for dinner, that's it... almost fasting, but not quite... under 300 calories a day is the way i start... another night it was a can of salmon and a dollop of mayo... a couple of salads tossed in (tossed in, get it?... i know, the brain is showing signs of starvation lol lam)... coffee or tea every day with a touch of sweetener (not the usual)... no bread all week... almost no sugar all week... no carbs all week... and the scale said ten pounds were dropped... last night i pigged out big time... a can of tuna and a can of salmon and a can of peas and a can of asparagus... wow, right?...
i know, canned crap is not a healthy diet and cutting back calories to such low (not to mention imbalanced) levels is not safe for long, but a week of it is ok for me... next stage is maintaining a lower calorie level (under 1000) which starting more exercise so i actually burn an exctra 1000 calories a day and that will mean a pound every 2-3 days which is a healthy maximum weight loss (3-4 pounds a week)...
it happens like this sometimes... i just get tired enough of the belly and excess weight and make a decision... cuz everything is a choice, after all...
