wake up and run

yeah, that is what i should be doing... that is what i used to do... though when i first started running it was a late night just before bed and after getting home from friends thing... no matter what i did, party, sports, school or other work, whatever the day and evening activities, i'd typically get home after midnight and head out for a run of at least two miles and sometimes longer... the run to a specific person's hose started the pattern... every night i would run as fast as i could to her door and we would abandon everything else and make wild impassion love until we were both all sweaty and panting and then i'd run home even more energized and i timed it and would always try for a new record (it was approximately .9 mile and my goal was to run it under 4 minutes and i got close... i consistently ran it under 5 minutes, often under 4:30 and a few times under 4:10... she was so inspiring, that girl was (laughing, are we?... well we can laugh now, my broken heart is numb so i am not debilitated with pain anymore, after all)...

anyway, many more entries are in the pipeline, but now it is time for softball...
