downloading music and videos from youtube could be a never ending experience and they are definitely filing up the 320Gb drive on this laptop... must move most to the external drives one of these days... hmmm, wireless external drives?... definitely something on my shopping list... apparently a wd 1tb mybook can be had for $129, but it needs to be plugged into a router... are there purely wireless drives?... apparently yes, but i'd need to read up on how to use them (probably simple, but having never used one before, reading instructions sometimes helps... i never explored the world of networking at home even though i pay $5 a month for a home network option)... i have a few externals and wonder if they can be plugged into my wi-fi router... i wonder if the router tech support people would know... lots of wondering, one of these days i might check it out...
so many techie questions, so little time... and so many so simply a quickly answered by someone who knows... "just plug this into there and push that" in so many cases... and we are always so worried that plugging the wrong this into the wrong that or there will blow up the world that we don't do anything... seeking the wise and unafraid, apply within...
