poor bushes

i refer to the bushes out back behind this apartment... and i include the poor trees, poor grass, and poor everything trying to grow outside this building... there are some areas of this community lush with green foliage but not this building... and this is the first building anyone driving into this community sees, which makes no sense, but it is as it is... the horticultural specialists (sarcasm dripping now) hired to care for the potentially lush foliage that florida can naturally provide are ignorant butchers who chop the living daylights out of bushes and grass and trees and destroy what nature would provide the community for free if they only let the growth happen without the constant chopping, pruning, cutting, and harassing... really, it is so sad...

i've mentioned it to the property manager a few times and get the standard sales pitch of how they have plans to replant and improve the grounds, but no amount of money or new planting is going to fix the destruction that the company hired to cut the grass does... they obviously do not know how to care for landscaping, they are not much better than monkeys with power tools...
