did i mention the reddish granular sediment has returned?... yes, the kidneys are doing what they usually do when i push the body to the limits... it is a crummy deal these kidneys got and it could be the result of excessive marijuana and alcohol intake as a younger person, possible some of the other drugs as well, and it could be diet or heredity or both or neither or whatever, but it's a bum deal these kidneys got...
no pains, no infections, no complications, at least not yet... but the sediment has begun again... so just noting it, for the record and posterity and all...
narf and all that...
