get up, stand up

yes, that is a start... and get some good sleep... and get back on the road... and turn of the tv and turn on the music... yes... we start with get up stand up and that is what i am doing again... i have the makeshift standing desk set up and am typing fully erect... standing, that is...

and the tv is off... and the music is on... in fact, the latest mix in progress is in progress... now, i know it's been thunderstorming and pouring a whole lot lately and the temperatures and humidity have been reaching highs i have not testing this body in for a long time, but... it's just gonna get hotter and more humid over the next few months so no excuses... and i know the right heel has been hurting, but... i don't feel it during softball so the right shoes may be the answer so no excuses... and i know i am a night person and have not been sleeping consistently but no excuses...

so stay erect today... yeah, that's a start :)
