back to blogging

sort of, actually, back to this notepad to continue these catch-up entries... i know, save! save! save!... the notepad does not have auto-save... maybe i should use word, but that slows the computer... why does word slow the computer... i don't know... my windows xp system at work was not slowed by word, excel, access, and outlook all opened at once along with a lot more and it had less ram than this one... but this laptop slows to a crawl with windows mail and word open... windows mail might be an issue, or all the emails in it... whatever, this laptop should not slow to a crawl with 4GB of ram and a Core 2 Due T6400 @ 2.00 GHz, i mean it's rated at a 5.0 windows experience index, really... ok, so it's not a crawl, but it's sometimes slow... especially when windows mail is opened... that's why i don't do email much... and the tons of SPAM... but you know that...

anyway, i intend to get back to blogging as in actually uploading entries any day now... but for now, i am heading out for softball... foolishly forgetting (until this moment) i had more than a two week layoff and i foolishing did not go the the batting cages and even more foolishly have not been rehabbing my arm and oh well, let's go have fun anyway...
