and it came

i mean the catch-up session referred to in the previous entry that was actually written at the time it is date stamped by blogger... amazing, huh?... it finally caught up with the real-time entry just preceding this one... are we travelling through time now?... anyway, i believe this was sometime late friday evening closer to midnight after jackson left for the weekend and that's the time story i am sticking to... the spaghetti too...

yeah, i guess (no guesswork involved, actually) i was craving spaghetti for a few days now and rather than ignore (or stress over fighting) the craving, i gave in... unfortunately, i gave in to pigging out on more than was necessary and the bloated belly says so... adding butter, sauce, and more meatballs and i consumed more calories in the past 36 hours than i had in the previous week (estimating that)... belly bloat... hopefully it won't blow up too many fat cells...

but it was oh so yummy...
