the body aches more when it moves less so the obvious response must be must move more so what's the obstacle in the way besides laziness (as if laziness was not a profoundly powerful obstacle all by itself) and stupidity (ummm, ditto the previous parentheses) as if the question was a solution and not merely rhetorical... must masturbate more too, but that's just part of movement that awakenes the body and stirs up the hormones and the most important thing is must move more... sex would be acceptible, of course...
