no response from their tech support... the working solution is to keep the console open all the time and every time i bring the laptop out of sleep mode i turn off the scan... it slows everything for a minute or so and is very annoying but at least i don't have to shut down... i have lost a lot of faith in and respect for the kaspersky product and no longer recommend it as a virus protection software... releasing such an intrusive not-ready-for-release product and then not responding to support requests puts them in the category of microsoft and i don't pay for mictosift products so this will be the last subscription i renew for kaspersky... if you know of a reliable comprehensive software for computer protection, let me know... thanks...
