would be nice if they sent a little message out with the fix tough... as if their paying customers mattered and they actually had the tech know-how to do that... the automatic multiple scannings are not starting, though i have not rebooted the computer since the last failure notice that they asked me to send to them (again, no response, no reassurance, no instructions to reboot or do anything), so it could be kaspersky is not working at all... please don't attack today, thanks...
