yeah, you can read about Kaspersky Pure 3.0 getting worse over in the meaningless complains blog... it's ridiculous that they'd release a product that will not follow it's own settings and turns on by itself to interfere with a user's computer... Kaspersky Pure 3.0 is pretty much like having a virus...
they apparently know as they are not responding to support requests or community forum posts... but the least they can do is post a simple "how to safely uninstall Pure 3.0 and go back to Pure 2.0 until Pure 3.0 is fixed" if they want to keep their rapidly deteriorating reputation intact...
meanwhile, i'm gonna have some fun away from my computer...
