yes, brighthouse blows it again binging the worst customer service ever to yet another new low... it may be the equipment, but whatever it is, they have had dozens of chances to fix it (at my cost) and they have not succeeded in providing consistently satisfactory service yet... not only did they send a firmware update during the nba playoffs post game show preventing me from watching, but the two primary sports stations, ESPN and ESPN2 are gone... i have resisted having to call them for months, dammit...
