napped today, twice, skipped meals and feeling the changes - really need to stop this merry go round and stop ignoring the belly bloat... it's much more noticeable on days like these when i skip a meal (especially when i skip the sugar and caffeine and carbs and fats)... luckily i have juice in the house and the grapefruit juice seems to be easing the blah, the headache, and the neck/muscle pains... wonkiness gets a lot worse on pure fasts... and i should not be fasting as much as the years move along as it is a shock to the body... not the way to lose weight as the body shifts into fat-storing starvation mode... right, so anyway, drink juice and eat light and pay attention to the belly... make it go away lol lam lab :)
