cuz i am tired of what a drag it is getting on... so i skipped to days mostly cuz i was lazy, but another jog/walk and a surprising increase in left shin pain after the exercise, screaming pain for at least ten minutes... still slightly numb now, more than 30 minutes after... but another five laps, another 2.5K... definitely need more...
sit, rest, recover, then shower and take vitamins and more water and wait for jackson to get back to me about getting to the new place to sign applications... hope everything is ok since she usually gets back to me quickly and this is more important than most of our conversations... ah, love, it is so distracting lol...
i could use a good distraction myself :)
