day three, again

the third morning in a row is a good sign... the third consecutive day of jog/walking is usually a turning point (will i ever get to call it running again?... or even jogging?... oh hush, stop being so pathetic, if i want to i will jog/walk enough until it is jogging and then jog enough until it is running... i have a goal spreadsheet now, after all... if i know how to put a spreadhseet online i'd share it... if i wasn't so last i'd put a table of the basics here... but then, it's not actually a goal spreadsheet... it's a spreadsheet calculating run-times, pace-times, and mile times... the goal is to keep improving... the fact that it's range is from 15 minute miles to 6 minute miles does not mean my goal is a 6 minute mile... that would be impractical)...
