still lonely and laughing, not so hungry though... splurged (in calorie intact) on mac n cheese and didn't jog/walk today, so today is a recovery day... and tomorrow will be too... i think that is best for the 5k saturday morning and the softball tournament...
meanwhile, at the moment the past month (meaning the past 30 days) is averaging more than 4,000 page views... this might not last for the final tally for this month as the last week or two of last month was averaging 150 views a day and we are currently averaging under a hundred a day again, so the monthly total should come down but still, are all of these page views robots and spiders and bears? (oh my)... hope none are worms or horses or potentially damaging stuff like stuff that might warp windows updates and install crap that slows down on my computer... but that is the risk of being only, the villains are out there, the mischievous and the control freaks and the greedy and the weird... hopefully none of my stalkers are like that...
