oatmeal and flax

seems to be the breakfast of choice every other day lately, oatmeal and ground flaxseed... the flaxseed provides lignons to help the muscles and tendons regenerate... the arm is feeling better but i still have pain extending it and am not reaching for anything to avoid aggravating it... definitely no throwing or lifting or much of anything, but improvements are good... i must have torn something as it's taking time to heal... it also may be compounded by some sort of chronic aging-related irritation or inflammation which sucks, but that's life and that's why professional atheletes retire in their 30s (some earlier) and few play into their 40s and few people actively play sports that provide high stress to joints every day as the body ages... and pitching the way i do (different grips and twists of the hand, wrist, forearm, and shoulder) is definitely high stress for the shoulder... then there is the computer life... alas, the sedentary life is on the horizon, but hopefully still a few decades away, aye? :)
