upping out budgetary allowance for a new place slightly, well, actually by about $200, we found some much sweeter places... i mean, one place somply was seriously so much better than this place we both wanted to just say yes, let's move now... unfortunately, our lease runs through the end of january so that could be costly, but i am still considering it... i just need jackson to be able to handle her share once we are in the new place, whichever new place, and we will be fine...
as long as i find a new income some time soon, that is (like i said, lots of hope now :)
