and sleep was calling

we can blame it on the delicious stuffing in the belly and sugar coma, but sleep was calling from near and far and i gave in heading to bed after walking and feeding happiness and nodding off in the living room and it is one of those rare nights i give to the body and me cuz after all, i can't take care of anyone else if i am dead or incapacitated and this body needs sleep now and then...
