and here we are

too good a nap, perhaps, as almost four hours blew by so fast and so deep in sleep that jackson came in, went out, came in, and headed into bed without even waking me with me gone from consciousness in the recliner with the tv playing monday night football in the background (i didn't even pay attention to the tv except to turn it on which is a sign that last night's crappy brighthouse service lingers in my mind and alternatives tv service ideas are very welcome...

i mean, just look at the way the wonderful weekend would have ended without the crappy service from brighthouse, after all... snarky mcdarkly malarky, aye? lol lam :)

ah, be zen, let it go, turn off the tv, who needs it... yes, i am enjoying the peace and semi-quiet (the 408 expressway sounds produce a very variable audio doppler effect in the background) of a fall (as in autumn) night in central florida... the air is cool and sticky as the humidity is higher than usual for this cool november air... i'd guess 80% humidity and about 60 degrees (13ish celsius)... and all joking aside, it is still great to turn off the tv whenever i do it in spite of the odd comfort the droning voices and sounds provide on lonelier evenings... remember when music? :)

ah, so where were we?... i forgot to bring in the library books tonight... the fees rise and i will hopefully get that done tomorrow... just checked the cd player to make sure i removed the last cd i copied yesterday... jackson locked her keys in her car again today and was able to get a co-worker to drive her home to get her spare cuz the spare in her wallet was lacked in her car and i was tied up during the hour she called... heard about jobs similar to hers that i qualify for that may be available, but they were recommended as a last resort due to the reputation of the agency and the cost of driving around so much (especially with the aging car that could become money pit if i suddenly increase how much i am pushing it in it's senior years)... the car burned up a gallon of the water in radiator and may need the thermostat replaced... i am hoping it was just a fluke or something and will watch the gauge and performance closely this week... this is not the time (please no) to add a car payment to the monthly bills that are already higher than the monthly income... shhhh, the first rule of the negative income club is we don't talk about the negative income...

sense of humor to the rescue... and some other distractions... make your lemonade as sweet as you like, it's almost all in your mind, after all :)
