sleep 4

sleeping for 4 hours recharges the batteries, though two four hour rem cycles recharge even better, with the limited exercise and activity i've been doing lately thanks the the foot, one 4 hour cycle routinely has me wanting to write or play or do something... so here i am...

not that anything is expected between midnight and 4am, but no change in emails for the job search, no new jobs posted, and no new ideas for networking short of reaching out to more people i do not know well, alas, the market is in a drought phase... perhaps lowering the responsibility level further to entry level positions (and reassessing monthly bills and services further, like do i cancel cable - need internet for some jobs though and cell phone to go with a much cheaper land line?... abandon stuff in storage after paying for it all these years?... return to twenty years ago technologically will lower my bills, but will also rule out many potential jobs... ok, ignore this parentheses for now as long as there is some income)...

ate more calories than i needed yesterday, mostly cuz i wanted some socializing so i ate with jackson and friend, but the influence there was eat more than necessary (love that normal american over-weight diet... remembering about half or more americans are obese, so social eating with americans is not healthy... yet staying too isolated is not healthy either... added another meeting website to the many i have profiles on, and most are about meeting for coffee, dinner, food and spending money... when i have money i don't have time, when i have time, i don't have money, what a mixed up culture we create for ourselves)... maybe take a walk to exercise the foot and leg more... so how is your sleep flowing? :}
