there is a theroy in some book somewhere, or perhaps it is a figmentation of my imagination, but the thought is that clutter in the physical life leaves one distracted, contracted, and impacted rather poorly in the mind and body, therein leaving one at risk and vulnerable to those without clutter in the world... so based on this possibility, the de-cluttering continues, sort of... of course it would take a minor act of congress (or a winning lottery ticket) to bring all the clutter from up north down here so it could be uncluttered, but the least i can do (or is that the best i can do is de-clutter the immediate environment that i can reach out and touch today and that is not close at hand, so to speak... the living room, dining room, and even the kitchen is about n95% de-cluttered (though the tininess of the cabinets leave much in storage in the storage room outside) and next comes the bedroom... tonight, some, tomorrow more, and by the next day (omigosh, don't set deadlines, you know what happens when you set deadlines), perhaps a bit more (nice sidestep there fella)...
oh, but the progress is actually happening, and that is good :)
