the energy is flowing today just on a good night sleep and some healthier eating the past few days (and the stupidity of not doing this every day is so obvious, it would ruin anybody else's day {and technically is taking years off this life right heaya, moron}, but life is too much fun when i am awake and i am awake today)... running around on the softball field in the sweltering heat was uber fun today and i wanted more and everybody else (yes, the kids) were eager for sit-down breaks...
after practice i stopped at my favorite gyro place and picked up food for jackson and me and when i got home we ate the yummy food (though she ate only a little cuz she is going to dinner with her parents who are coming to town tonight) and then we went out for a little tennis (not enough for me, but her parents got here) and then they left and i am heading to the showers cuz it is a hot one out there today...
loving the feeling of wanting more, even though it brings back the reality of how alone i am when it comes to energy level evem when i am pathetically below what i've known as "my" energy level in this life... must make the time for sleep and healthier eating (and weight, drop the dang 30 pounds once and for all)...
