at work, that is... the morning flew by and i still have paperwork to complete... the forms are cumbersome, but that is part of the design of the system that is intended to discourage staff from needing to fill out the forms and therein get creative with alternatives that will prevent the need for incident reports... it is not working, but the system is corporate so i must work within it to find repairs and remedies...
back to the paperwork now...
